Reports of 500 errors and slowness while accessing RepairShopr


Issue is now fully resolved, page load times have returned to normal and 500 errors have ceased.


The issue has been addressed and we are seeing improved performance. We will continue to monitor but expect it will continue to improve to full functionality shortly.


The team is currently investigating reports of slowness and/or 500 errors while accessing RepairShopr. We will continue to update our partners as new information comes available.
