While monitoring our recurring invoice performance, we observed that recurring invoice schedules did not fire properly for some accounts. Our team discovered the root cause of the issue and deployed a fix this afternoon. This fix ensured that any affected recurring invoice schedules were run properly and that invoices were sent to customers, if applicable, based on the settings in the recurring invoice schedule. At this time, there are no steps required to be taken by users to ensure invoices were processed properly. We are continuing to monitor recurring invoice performance to ensure stability.
