Xero Invoice Sync process may result in a 500 Internal Server Error.

We’re happy to report that Xero Invoice Syncs are stable and system performance has remained consistently improved. Our team observed no further disruptions. We have made adjustments in collaboration with Xero designed to prevent this issue from happening again going forward. This issue is now resolved.

Please note that invoices created during the service outage may need to be manually resynced.

We are aware that a number of accounts may experience 500 Internal Service errors when trying to sync with Xero.
We are actively partnering with Xero to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
