We sincerely apologize for the confusion and conflicting information regarding the recent scheduled maintenance for the Repairshopr application services. While the maintenance on the Repairshopr database was planned and successfully completed within the expected one-hour window, we failed to properly synchronize the status updates across both the Repairshopr and Syncro status sites. This internal oversight is unacceptable, and we are taking immediate steps to update our notification protocol to ensure simultaneous updates for all future cross-platform maintenance events.
